Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days to ship out your item at the time of purchase. Alis Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. If you never received your package and it says it was delivered, please contact your local Office with the tracking number that you received  when you purchased and will further assist you.

All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
