Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Alis Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

Custom orders may not be returned. If you find your piece to be defective please contact us within 10 days of your delivery and we will gladly work with you to have your piece meet your needs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The manufacturer's defect warranty does not cover deformation and damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, chemical application, negligence, or natural wear and tear.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
